My name is Chloe Chang. I'm a Civic Designer on the Innovation Team at New York City's Office of the Mayor, a government office where community dreams meet city policy.

Before this, I was a Senior Design Manager at nonprofit Hester Street, working to ensure that the people of NYC shaped how their built environment, neighborhoods, and city were planned and designed.
